A housing association will be relocating its head office in October.

Thrive Homes, which has around 5,000 homes, including many in the Three Rivers district, will move from its base in Croxley Business Park to a new home in Apsley.

The housing association said it will provide “improved access” to its customers across the whole area it covers.

South Oxhey councillor Steve Cox has asked what provisions are in place for tenants to still meet locally, and Thrive Homes has said that face-to-face appointments in homes will still be available.

From October 1, Thrive Homes will be based in Westside, London Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 9TD.

A spokeswoman for Thrive Homes said: “The vast majority of Thrive’s customers prefer to contact us online or by phone, and this will continue after our office relocation.

“As now, face to face appointments will be available in customer’s homes and our new office. This provides improved accessibility to customers from across our operating area, situating us close to road and rail links.”
