Two teenagers have been charged with criminal damage, after a trail of graffiti was found between Bushey and Watford.
The 16-year-olds, from Harrow Weald, will face charges relating to graffiti found between Bushey Arches and Station Road, Watford, via Lower High Street, High Street and Clarendon Road, on August 29.
They are due to appear before West Herts Youth Court, in Hemel Hempstead, on October 10.
Inspector Glen Channer said: "I hope residents and visitors to Watford - and young people contemplating spraying graffiti - will realise that we will not tolerate this kind of anti-social behaviour in Watford."
