SAKIUSA MATADIGO is set to make his Premiership bow when Saracens take on Worcester Warriors at Sixways tomorrow (Saturday, 5pm kick off).

The Fijian back-row forward has impressed in training and will pack down at blindside flanker opposite Richard Hill, who returns in place of David Seymour.

Prop Cencus Johnston comes in for the injured Tom Mercey at tight-head while number eight Ben Skirving replaces Paul Gustard, who also picked up a knock in the win over Leeds.

In other changes, mecurial fly-half Glen Jackson makes his first start of the season after recovering from an ankle knock and Kevin Sorrell has shaken off a calf strain to return at outside centre. Rodd Penney and Edd Thrower take their place on the wings while Richard Haughton makes his first start at full-back since December last year.

Number eight Don Barrell has been recalled from his loan spell with Esher to take his place on the bench after catching the eye in training.

There is no place, however for Tom Ryder or new utility-back Daniel Van der Merwe. The Canada international has signed a short-term contract as cover for Sarries' threadbare backline, although he could earn himself a longer deal should he impress.

Meanwhile, Sarries boss Alan Gaffney has identified his countryman, fly-half Shane Drahm as Worcester's main threat.

"He likes attacking the line and giving the ball air - he's a fantastic player," said the Aussie. "Worcester have got a very good forward pack and one of the best line outs in the competition.

"We're going in not quite sure of how they are going to play the game.

They changed their defensive structure against us at Sixways last season and put a fair bit of pressure on us. We're expecting the unexpected and are going in to the game with an open mind."
