There are delays this morning (Monday) on the M25 between Watford and St Albans following a crash and a broken down vehicle.
A collision on the anticlockwise carriageway between junctions 19 and 18 caused two lanes to close and traffic to build.

Traffic officers and police attended and the incident has been cleared but residual 20-minute delays remain.
The M25 anticlockwise between junction 21A (St Albans) and junction 21 (M1) also saw a lane closed due to a broken down vehicle.
Highways England said that has also now reopened but there is still traffic tailing back along the stretch.
