A former takeaway has gone on the market for sale or rent after the eatery closed down.
The unit formerly occupied by Rapido Peri Peri in School Mead, Abbots Langley, would suit a variety of uses “subject to planning”, according to a listing through property consultants Aitchison Raffety.
After the business shut and all equipment was removed, it has been made available to rent at £26,000 per year or to buy for £330,000.

It spans 942-square-feet, around a third of a tennis court, divided into a “large” front sales area and a rear food prep area.
The listing boasts of the “excellent” shared customer parking to the front and the setting within a large residential neighbourhood.
Another unit up for sale
In Watford, the Market Street unit containing Oaklands Wines, as well as flats above it, is up for sale at £875,000.
The shop floor is let until 2031 while the four-bedroom flat is let on an assured shorthold tenancy.
It is described as a “potential development opportunity – subject to planning”.
The listing says that the flat could be subdivided into smaller homes, if planning permission could be achieved.
