Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents, a multi-award-winning agency, marks its 20th year in business this year with exciting celebrations.
The company, founded by Steve Wayne in 2004, has commemorated this milestone by introducing a new logo, which will represent it for the entire year.
Originating in a serviced office in Mill Hill with only Wayne at its helm, the company now flourishes through its branches in Bushey and Edgware.
With departments for both residential and commercial sales, lettings and property management, it also boasts a block management practice and an internal auctions department.
The agency covers an extensive range of areas including Bushey, Oxhey, Watford, Borehamwood, Kingsbury, Stanmore, Wembley, Harrow, Edgware, Mill Hill, Burnt Oak, Colindale and their surroundings.
Mr Wayne said: "My philosophy has always been to treat clients with the same respect you would want someone to treat your own mum. It’s a rule that has paid off time and time again.
"There will always be a need to for people to buy, sell and lease their properties, but it’s the service you offer that wins you the business."
A significant development in 2018 was the introduction of the 'Benjamin Stevens Hub', offering local area experts the opportunity to work independently under the Benjamin Stevens brand.
Moreover, their dedication to supporting the local community remains resolute, often through donations and promotional partnerships with local schools, faith groups, businesses, and community projects.
The team credits their success to their client-centric approach, evident from the repeated patronage of homeowners, with one property being sold through the agency four times.
