Northgate Vehicle Hire has expanded its UK network to 68 branches after opening a new location.
The site will provide business van hire and fleet management services to towns including Watford, Elstree, Shenley and Radlett,.
The Borehamwood branch will also offer Northgate’s electrification consultancy, advising customers on cost-effective fleet management while transitioning to low-carbon vehicles.
Three electric charging points will be available, supported by workshop technicians trained to IMI level 3 standards.
Dave Jolles, Borehamwood branch manager, said: "We are pleased to be able to offer our full range of flexible business van hire and fleet management solutions to our customers in the Hertfordshire area.
"In the relocation of our Enfield branch to a larger and now fully integrated premises in nearby Borehamwood, we are pleased to offer even more services to our customers from a centralised location.
"The southeast of England has a high concentration of hard-working businesses, and so to provide increased convenience and a high level of customer service to both existing and new customers will be a pleasure for our experienced team."
Northgate is the largest van rental company in the UK, Spain, and Ireland.
The vehicle hire firm will host an EV Roadshow open day at the Borehamwood branch on June 26, displaying a variety of EVs and offering customers the opportunity to learn more about fleet electrification.

The new branch is now open at Unit 2, Elstree Distribution Park, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1RU.
