A WOMAN who threatened to bite a police officer's nose off has received a fine.
Margaret Berry, of Glaslyn in Plas Madoc, appeared at Wrexham Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The 42-year-old had previously admitted one offence of breaching a criminal behaviour order (CBO), in that she was verbally abusive to members of the public in Wrexham High Street and Wrexham Road.
Prosecutor Justin Espie told the court that on April 20, she was captured on video being aggressive and standing in a "fighting stance" in the street with another female.
When arrested, Berry threatened to "bite an officer's nose off."
Her CBO was imposed at Wrexham Magistrates Court in October 2022 and prohibited her from acting in such a manner.
Alun Williams, defending, told the court: "The position is that she's on a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement.

"I'm not going to say she's doing 'wonderfully well.'
"Her attendance is sporadic but when she does attend, she's doing well."
Addressing the CBO, he added: "Clearly she's in breach of it.
"There were two women at the time and not to say they're both as bad as each other, but she pushed and the other pushed as well.
"No actual blows landed - she was a bit of a nuisance."
The court fined Berry £120 and ordered her to pay £85 costs, as well as a £48 victim surcharge.
