Fraud allegations have been put to a man accused of making joint credit card applications without another party’s knowledge.
Glen Rust, 35, of Thellusson Way, Rickmansworth, is alleged to have made two applications for a joint card with Paul Rose.
At Watford Magistrates’ Court the clerk put the allegations that on Wednesday, October 24, Rust made an online application for a credit card, another to a Watford bank with a form on Thursday, February 14.
Rust pleaded not guilty to both allegations of fraud by false representation by making the applications with himself named as the second card holder.
The case was adjourned for trial at the same court on Tuesday, August 12.
Rust was released on unconditional bail.
