An “extremely vulnerable” young woman has gone missing from a mental health unit in Watford.

Maoise Flowers, 28, was last seen at the Shrodells Centre in Watford General Hospital on Thursday.

Police officers are becoming increasingly concerned for her safety.

She is 5ft 3ins and has short spiked punk-like hair.

Maoise was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, pink three-quarter length jacket, black jeans and black boots.

Sergeant Clare Leech from the missing persons unit, who is investigating the incident, said: “With every hour that passes we are becoming increasingly concerned for Maiose’s welfare as she is extremely vulnerable.

“I would urge anyone who may have information on her whereabouts or who may have seen her to contact us immediately.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Sergeant Leech on 0845 33 00 222.
