Police officers are hoping to trace this man in connection to a violent attack which left a woman with a fractured jaw.
The incident happened shortly after 5pm on Saturday, August 23, when the victim, a female from Watford, was walking along Market Street, in Watford.
She was approached my a man who made an inappropriate comment to her.
When the victim spoke to the man, he then assaulted her, leaving her with a fractured jaw.
The man then ran off towards Charter Place.
Detective Constable Adrian Moir, who is investigating the incident, said: “This was an unprovoked attack which has left the victim with a serious injury.
"I am keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may recognise this man.
“We believe he has information which could assist us with our investigation.”
