Cash reward offered for golf course vandals

A cash reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest of golf course vandals.

Five greens at Rickmansworth’s public course were damaged in the early hours of the morning on Saturday, November 15.

Three Rivers District Council, which owns the course, said approximately £2,000 of damage was caused when the greens were “dug up.”

A £200 reward has been offered. Residents can report information anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

The reward is available until the 30th December 2008.
