Top dancers from all over Britain will be rocking, popping and locking in a spectacular all-day show of contemporary dance at Watford Colosseum on Sunday, March 1.

Hot from the regional heats, dance crews are set to compete in the UK Hip Hop Crew Championship to secure a chance to go on to take part in the World Championships in America.

The event is organised by the principal of Watford-based iDance, Omar Paloma, who said: “This is the only event that qualifies UK Hip Hop Crews, Bboy, Poppers and Lockers for the World Hip Hop Crew Championships in America!”

The event also includes a performance by Nemisis from Britain’s Got Talent.

The championships start with the UK Battle (Bboys, Freestyle, Poppers, Lockers) at the James Theatre at Watford Grammar School for Boys, on Saturday, February 28, and continues with Crews and Teams preliminary rounds and finals at Watford Colosseum on Sunday, March 1.
