A pirate adventure game and a equestrian performance are two of the highlights of this year's Radlett Festival which takes place next week.
The annual event will be held in Phillimore Recreation Ground, Gills Hill, Radlett from noon until 4.30pm on Sunday, June 7.
Children and adults will be entertained by a wide variety of activities, including a Scout climbing palm tree, a pirate adventure game, swings and roundabouts and Punch and Judy.
The Radlett Horticultural Society will be running their Scarecrow competition and dog owners are also invited to enter their pets into a show. The Hare Krishna ox cart from Bhaktivedanta Manor will be giving free rides around the stalls.
The main act is Britain’s premier female equestrian team, Jive Pony, who perform acrobatics on the back of horses. Elvis impersonator Elvis Shmelvis will also perform.
Prizes in the grand prize draw will include a holiday to Florence, courtesy of Beaver Travel and Carrier Holidays.
Entry is £3 on the day for adults and free of charge for under 16s.
