A flasher indecently exposed himself as a mother and her young child walked through Cassiobury Park, police have revealed.
The incident happened at about 3.15pm, on Friday, when a woman from Watford was taking her child for a walk.
She saw a man look in her direction before he then indecently exposed himself.
The suspect is described as either a black man, with a pale complexion, or a man of Asian appearance.
He is thought to be about 5ft 6ins tall, aged in his mid 20s with black hair. He has a slim but toned build, and was wearing a baggy light denim jeans and a cream jumper with thick horizontal beige and grey stripes.
PC Andrea Warren, investigating, said: βIt is believed that the offender may have been with another man, although not at the time of the incident.
βI am appealing for anyone who may have seen this man, recognise the description or seen two men hanging around the park to contact us with any information they might have.β
Anyone with any information on this crime should telephone PC Warren via the non-emergency number 0845 33 00 222. Alternatively, telephone Crimestoppers (an independent charity) anonymously on 0800 555111.
