Prisoner charged with assault

BOVINGDON: A serving prisoner has been charged with ABH after an alleged incident at HMP The Mount.
Roger Allen, 38, is accused of attacking Richard Abrahart at the category C prison in Molyneaux Avenue, Bovingdon, on Sunday, December 14.
Allen, who has been moved to HMP Dovegate in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, is due to have a hearing at Dacorum Magistrates Court Friday.
