With the summer holidays coming up next week, here are the best beachwear items that the Harlequin has to offer.

Let’s start with this H&M checked dress. The dress disguises hips by drawing attention to your top half with the low cut shape. This makes it a must have for pear shapes. Teamed with sandals and a waist clinching belt, the dress can be slipped on top of your bikini after hitting the beach. The halterneck bikini will give a great uplift to bigger boobs and the large print flatters curvier figures. For poolside glamour, add a chunky beaded necklace.

Then we have the River Island printed jumpsuit which is great for petite girls who can get away with these bright colours. Bold blooms are a key trend as seen at House of Holland, Oscar de la Renta and Moschino cheap and chic. Let the jumpsuit do the talking by keeping accessories simple.

Next is the Oasis embroidered dress which is instantly slimming by showing off your breastbone. The beach to bar cover up top can be worn with a bikini in the day then leggings at night. This is best suited for pear shapes as the light colour balances out your shape if worn with dark bottoms. Last of all there is the Warehouse faded denim mini skirt. This is perfect for petite girls who want the illusion of legs that look like they go on forever. Wear with a bright top, sunnies and sandals for an ultimate laid back summer look.
