Police hunt man after assault
Police are hoping to trace a man with links to St Albans and Watford.
Ben Smith, aged 21, is wanted on suspicion of assault occasioning grievous bodily harm.
Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary say he also has links to Bedford.
The force has advised members of the public not to approach the man and to call police immediately.
