Distinctive developers, enterprising architects and handy homeowners have been invited to put themselves forward for an inaugural award to celebrate innovative construction.
Hertfordshire Building Futures Awards has been organised to recognise innovation in the county's construction industry.
The awards open for nominations today and will recognise projects that demonstrate innovation, creativity and a high level of design quality.
