53-year-old Kerry Maj will appear in court charged with exposing himself and possession of class A drugs.
Maj, of Gullet Wood Road, Watford, is alleged to have “intentionally exposed his genitals” in Watford on Friday, May 1, intending to cause “alarm or distress”.
He is also alleged to have been found with two wraps of cocaine on the same date.
St Albans Magistrates are due to commit the case to the crown court, to be dealt with, tomorrow morning.
Maj has been on unconditional bail until that date.
