Plans to build eight flats in Northwood have been resubmitted by developers.
Three Rivers District Council has again received notice of a long-running scheme to build seven three bedroom and one four bedroom apartments at 28 Eastbury Avenue.
Developer Hevika Homes Ltd withdrew a similar application earlier in the year after planning officers expressed doubts at the size of the proposed structure.
It has now resubmitted a slightly scaled down version of the plans. Council officers will make a final decision in the coming months.
