A homeowner in Croxley Green has overturned a council decision denying permission to extend her property.
Three Rivers District Council ruled in February that her plans to build the single-storey extension and demolish and replace an outbuilding in Durrants Drive were unacceptable.
An appeal to the Government’s Planning Inspectorate, however, was allowed this week.
