A marked Police car has been left at the bottom of a Bushey estate since the end of last week.
The car, a Vauxhall Corsa, is parked on the grass between Herne Road and Coldharbour Lane.
One resident commented: "If I'd parked there my car would have been towed by now".
Others claimed it has been there since last Thursday.
