Saracens' director of rugby Brendan Venter has picked up the Guinness Premiership award for the second month in a row.
The South African won the the director of rugby award in September and three more wins last month earned him the honour again. Venter has guided the Men in Black to the top of the table after a sensational run of seven wins on the spin.
Saracens' start to the season is the best since Newcastle won 12 on the bounce back in 1997-8 when they went on to win the title.
