Man on dangerous dog charges

A dog owner is due to appear in court Monday after it was alleged his pet attacked a man in the village.
Antoine Jones, 21, is alleged to have been the owner of an American pitbull terrier, which he allowed to get out of control, to injure John MacDonald in Coldharbour Lane on Sunday, May 24.
Jones, of Barnes Court, Islington, is also charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm of Mr MacDonald on the same day.
Jones had been remanded on unconditional bail to enter pleas at St Albans Crown Court.
