Watford Mencap has moved its head office to a new building in Rickmansworth High Street.
The office is in The Old Town Hall, near the corner of Church Street.
Veronica Chamberlain, funding and business development manager, said: “We want to turn it into a multi-purpose community venue for people with a learning disability and others.”
