Motorist killed in collision in Bedmond

A motorist was killed early this morning in a collision in Bedmond.
The male driver was thrown from his car following the incident in High Street at about 2am.
Firefighters from Garston raced to the scene and used air mats to free him from underneath the vehicle but they were unable to save him.
