Bushey Meads School in Bushey took part in a cooking competition earlier this month

A competition to produce the most healthy meal from a surprise bag of ingredients was held at a Bushey school earlier this month.
Local catering manager Tony Lane provided eight different bags containing the mystery ingredients, ranging from meatballs and chicken to salmon.
From this eight teams from Bushey Meads each had 40 minutes to concoct the most delicious and well presented main course for one person possible.
Winners Aaron Bradshaw and Aaron Whitty received the top prize of a £10 WH Smith voucher each.
