Information and advice on courses at West Herts College will be on hand at the first ever family fun day hosted by Oxhey Library this weekend.
Children can take part in cake decorating while adult visitors can join digital photograph workshops or learn more about having fun with IT, with college tutors on hand to offer their advice and expertise.
The college is running a ten-week free programme called Fast Forward Your Future for 16 to 19 year olds not currently in education or employment to learn new skills and gain IT skills.
Other groups at the event will include ASCEND, Youth Connexions, the Extended Schools/Homework Link, and HAFLS (Learn in Herts).
The event takes place at the library, in Bridlington Road, on Saturday from 11am to 3pm.
