Watford community groups to vie £50,000 council grant

Community and youth groups have been invited to bid for grants in a £50,000 council giveaway.

Watford Borough Council’s annual funding programme aims to make the town a “healthier and safer” place to live.

Groups applying for funding will need to demonstrate commitments to reducing crime and disorder, tackling anti-social behaviour and to promoting healthy lifestyles.
