College students put their best foot forward to complete a one-mile run for Sports Relief.
Wearing fancy dress, the students joined staff from West Herts College, in Hempstead Road, for the sponsored fun run in Cassiobury Park on Monday.
It was one of a number of events, including a dress down and wear red day, to be organised by the college to raise £1,000 for the charity day, which takes place nationally on Friday, March 19.
Sports co-ordinator Tom Klymkiw, who organised the fun run, said: “We were really pleased with the turn out on the day and the great spirit in which everyone took part in the event. It’s great to see so many students and staff actively engaged in making a positive contribution and helping to raise money for a very worthy cause.”
