Croxley Green Residents' Association, British Waterways and Keep Croxley Green Group litter pick

Croxley Green Residents' Association, British Waterways and Keep Croxley Green Group have organised a litter clearance for Sunday, March 21.

Between 10.30am and 1.30pm, the annual litter clearance and children’s Easter egg hunt will take place in Croxley Green, to help keep the woodlands and canal towpath clean and safe.

Participants are asked to wear protective gloves and, if possible, to bring a wheelbarrow. The meeting place is at the skip 200m down Lavrock Lane, at the end of Harvey Road.

Children are welcome to join in a free Easter Egg Hunt if accompanied by an adult and refreshments will be available.

For more information, telephone 01923 778660.

Congratulations, CGPC used to have annually a clean up Sunday where skips were provided throughout the parish, it stopped because not enough residents got involved, I understand a Miss L Scales contacted the parish council about restatrting the scheme, but they never answered her, so she went elsewhere, with apparent success!
