Two men have been charged with the theft of power tools after robberies in Watford and Bushey.
Michael McDonaugh, 36, from Tottenham, north London, has been charged with one offence in central Watford, one in Bushey and two in London.
He has also been charged with dangerous driving and driving without insurance.
Patrick McDonaugh, 24, from Barking, Essex, has been charged with one offence in central Watford, one in Bushey and two in London.
A 21-year-old man from Cardiff has been arrested on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle and was released on police bail until April 10.
All three were arrested on March 12 and the two men were charged on March 14.
Police are appealing for any information regarding the theft of power tools in the Watford area in the past month.
