A forklift truck has been stolen from a building site in Abbots Langley.
Thieves escaped with the red Manitou forklift truck from the site in Hunton Bridge Hill sometime between 4.30pm on Thursday, March 11, and 7am on Friday, March 12.
Police are now appealing for witnesses and information about the theft.
PC Steve Logan said: "I'd ask anyone who may have been in the area at the time to think back to last Thursday evening and early Friday morning and think whether they may have seen anything suspicious.
“If you have any information, no matter how small, please contact us as it could be the detail we are looking for.
"I'd also urge any businesses to be on the lookout for anyone offering a vehicle matching this description for sale - remember, handling stolen goods is illegal.
