Bushey residents invited to quiz their Conservative MP James Clappison

Bushey residents can put questions to their Conservative MP at Bushey Golf and Country Club next month.

James Clappison, MP for Hertsmere, has been invited to take questions at an open meeting arranged by prospective candidate for Bushey St James, Denise Kieran.

Any member of the public is invited to attend to quiz Mr Clappison on his thoughts and views.

Mrs Kieran, a former maths teacher at Queens' School, said: “I think meeting and talking to people is very important and this is a relaxed and informal opportunity for residents to meet the person representing them.

“I feel Mr Clappison supports us and to me it is important that everyone gets access to him.

"As far as I am concerned this meeting is open to anyone and everyone that wants to come along."

The meeting is due to be held at 2pm on Tuesday, April 13, at Bushey Golf and Country Club, in High Street, Bushey.
