ENTRIES are being sought for the tenth PDSA pet survivor of the year.
Nominations are invited for a pet that has displayed exceptional courage and determination when overcoming serious illness or injury.
Any pet successfully treated by a veterinary surgeon at a PDSA PetAid hospital or private practice for a life-threatening condition during January 1, 2002, and March 31, 2003, may be nominated.
People who would like to nominate their pet should fill in an entry form available from any veterinary practice or PDSA PetAid hospital by May 19.
