DIVISION One leaders Whetstone lost only their second match of the season to Echoes Amber, 4-3.
Echoes opened the scoring from a corner, but Luke Papini levelled when he ran onto a through ball from Ben Petrou and slotted home.
Echoes scored from another corner and Petrou equalised from the spot after Papini had been tripped.
In the second-half, Whetstone took a 3-2 lead through a stunning 30-yard free-kick from Petrou.
With ten minutes to go in this crucial league match, the Jags couldn't hold onto their lead, and Echoes finished strongly with two late goals to take the points.
