We had a strange and worrying incident over the weekend. On Saturday night, probably some time in the early hours, somebody unloaded the contents of several rubbish bins down the steps to our front door. Close by there was an open can of petrol. I don't know if this was a threat or if someone had been disturbed in the act.
The police were called and have agreed to carry out night patrols in the lane.
If this was a reaction to our court win, I believe we need less of a confrontational approach towards Partingdale Lane and its residents.
