RESIDENTS who want to find out more about radical new plans for the future of health services in Hertfordshire are invited to attend a series of free information events over the coming months.

Hospital staff and local doctors will be available to answer your questions on the Investing in Your Health consultation at a series of events organised by Watford and Three Rivers Primary Care Trust (PCT) and Hertsmere PCT.

Ms Felicity Cox, chief executive of Watford and Three Rivers PCT, said: "I encourage local residents to come along to our events to find out more about the review and to tell us what they think.

"What we hear from local people will influence the PCT's preferred option and will be included in our report back to the health authority".

Events will take place on Tuesday from 6pm to 8.30pm at the PCT headquarters, 1a High Street, Rickmansworth, and Tuesday, May 6, from 1pm to 4pm at Vernon Edwards Suite, YMCA, Watford.

Telephone 10923 713071 or 01923 713050 to register.

Hertsmere PCT is holding events on Saturday, April 12, from 10am to 12pm at the Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Road, Radlett; on Thursday, April 17, from 2.30 onwards at Bushey Country Club in High Street, Bushey; on Thursday, May 15, from 2.30pm onwards at the Wyllyotts Centre in Wyllyotts Place, Darkes Lane, Potters Bar; and on Tuesday, May 27 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Hertsmere Borough Council in Elstree Way, Borehamwood.
