MOTORISTS are being warned to expect delays along Fifth Avenue, Harlow, while bridge repairs are carried out.
The road, which crosses three bridges, will be undergoing repair work until January. All three bridges need extensive refurbishment and strengthening work including new bridge parapets, safety fencing, resurfacing work, and new street lighting. While the work is carried out the two existing traffic lanes will be narrowed and temporary traffic lights used during off-peak hours.
