THE Hertfordshire Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has appointed St Albans businessman Matthew Harris as its new chairman.
The federation, the largest lobby group for small businesses in the UK, appointed Mr Harris at its annual meeting.
Mr Harris has spent many years in design and quality control management and currently runs Winning Solutions Quality and Business Process Consultants in St Albans.
