A CHURCH in St Albans has taken on its first full-time leader since it first began in 1997.
The Kings Community Church (KCC) in St Albans is welcoming Pastor David Rigby from Brentwood in Essex where he was the senior pastor for a New Frontiers International (NFI) church for several years.
Mr Rigby, 54, has brought his wife Jacky and his yougest daughter Hannah to the city with him.
The KCC currently meets in the library of Verulam School in Brampton Road, St Albans, and wants to set up other churches in towns across Hertfordshire. Mr Rigby and his family were welcomed to St Albans by the KCC on Saturday at Verulam School.
