Saracens under-fire chief executive-cum coach, Francois Pienaar, has increased speculation linking him with the vacant South Africa coach job by admitting that it's an opportunity he would find difficult to resist.
Pienaar, who captained South Africa to World Cup glory in 1995, has been widely tipped to fill the role left after the resignation of Harry Viljoen.
"I've always maintained that it is a very simple question: 'Do you want to coach your national side?'," said the Vereeniging-born Pienaar. "Everybody would say yes and I wouldn't be any different. But there a lot of other issues that need to be resolved before that happens.
"As far as I am concerned there is a job, but nobody has spoken to me," added the 35-year old, whose tenure in charge at Saracens has become increasingly under threat after successive quarter-final defeats left Sarries' season in tatters.
