EUROPEAN coins that will be worthless in a few weeks can be handed in at Oxfam shops to benefit the charity's development projects all over the world.
Marketing manager Ms Anne Harvey said: "One French franc will buy a kilo of maize, and one Irish punt will buy a school book."
