Police patrols in The Campions area of Borehamwood led to a 15-year-old boy being arrested on suspicion of handling a stolen motorbike. The boy was arrested at 6.15pm on Saturday in Bullhead Road. Under a new police system for dealing with youth offenders, the boy, from Borehamwood, was given a reprimand, because it was the first time he had been in trouble with the police. Police agreed to patrol the area after residents raised concerns about motorbike scrambling.
