Hertsmere FC 4Hertsmere FC U17s travelled to Berkhamsted and took on a side that are riding high in division one of the West Herts league.
They were a tough nut to crack, and Hertsmere were fortunate to go in at half time 1-1, after taking an early lead when a cross by Lars Burkhardt found the net after three minutes.
The second half saw Hertsmere step up a gear, and their hard work was rewarded when Nick Darke scored after ten minutes.
Three minutes later Chris Murray scored with a great shot, to put Hertsmere 3-1 in front. Then, with ten minures left, Nick Darke made the score 4-1, following a great run and pass from Chris Murray.
