A 13-year-old boy was arrested after police were alerted to a Vauxhall Nova being driven erratically in the early hours in a Borehamwood street. The incident happened at 5.30am on Sunday, in Baldock Way. He was charged with taking a vehicle without the owner's consent. He was given police bail to return to the station on August 29.
