Bushey resident claims new UFO footage proves object is not man-made

A Bushey woman claims new footage of a UFO flying above her house proves without doubt the object is not man-made.

Jackie Noise, of Pasture Close, posted a video of the unusual object flying over her home on June 30.

The following night she was able to take more footage and says the images prove it is not a Chinese lantern or the international space station (ISS) as some observers suggested.

She saw the bright, flashing light three nights in a row and says she was even more “freaked out” by it when she looked at the new footage.

The 38-year-old shop assistant and part-time singer said: “I have researched the ISS and Chinese lanterns and there is no way it is either of those. It changes colour and shape and just doesn't look like anything that man would make.

“People either think I'm mad or they agree that it is a UFO. It is really beautiful and vivid. Perhaps there are things being tested in the sky or something but it doesn't look like anything I have seen before.”

On Friday, June 11, two more sightings in Bushey were reported at www.uk-ufo.co.uk by an unnamed resident.

They said: “I could see three objects in a line formation. The upper one was shining with white light, the second and third objects were shining in red and were situated beneath the whitish one.

"For seven to ten minutes all the formation was stationary.

“Ten minutes before this sighting, my wife was observing a single, whitish, fast, dot-like object moving upwards. The movement was chaotic and without pattern.”

Maybe Jackie should invest in a tripod or learn to hold her camera still so she could film some watchable footage. This is so ridiculously shaky it's impossible to make anything out of it and it's a total non story. The Watford Observer must be really struggling for stories.
It's most probably the ISS. And yes before you jump up and down and scream " I've researched it, it doesn't change colour" that's true. But the light reflecting off it will change colour as it passes through the gasses of the upper atmosphere. Like a prism. But know matter what rational explanation anyone comes up with. Ms Noise is convinced it's little green men. So humour her. She probably shaping her mash potato into a mountain shape as we speak. LMAO !

Maybe Andy should invest more of his time in things that actually interest him, rather than things that don't. If the footage is SO unwatchable, how come you've watched it repeatedly? And for such a non-story, YOU seem to be very interested, verging on obsessed.
Anyhow, I'm glad to have educated you on the ISS, that's one good thing I guess. Good night Andy Pandy.....I look forward to seeing your videos/stories.

The changing colours in the video are most likely the result of the three-colour sensors in the camera. Fast movement creates coloured fringe artefact, whether that be the subject or the camera that is moving. It's particularly evident for point sources of white light against a dark background.

A similar feature exists within the eye when the amount of light from an object is low and vision is switching between scotopic and photopic, i.e. night-vision and coloured, day-vision. I've seen the effect watching the harbour beacons of Brighton whilst walking from Shoreham; the light looked a dim white from a few kilometres away, a little closer and it appeared to blink and change colour, then a few hundred metres later it became clear it was a red and green light in close proximity.

Get a tripod and a digital camera with a decent zoom or a camcorder, document the date, time and direction of the sighting, then you might have a story.

It does look more like bad camera shake than something moving quickly and erratically accross the sky. Could just as easily be an airliner with the camera on a high zoom and an unsteady hand holding it. Not saying I think Jackie Noise made this up just that the footage doesnt actually prove anything at all. It may be beautiful and vivid in real life but on the video it certainly isnt! Just a thought, what time did these sightings take place? Just wondering as Bushey isnt exactly the back of beyond and if it happened 3 nights in a row surely a lot more people would have seen this? Also, why has it taken so long for this new footage to be released if it was taken last weekend?

Oh dear, this is possibly the easiest ever UFO sighting to dismiss!

Let me ask this question, do the lights appear to be coming from the direction of Harrow, IE South East-ish direction? When the lights start to move, do they move to the right as viewed? I guarantee the answer to both questions is yes.

It's Aircraft. On a light wind evening, (of which we've had many recently), Aircraft fly into Heathrow by coming over London in a North Easterly direction. This would be exactly on a line with Bushey/Watford, and as the angle of the aircraft is slightly nose down, then the huge lights at the front of every aircraft would be pointing directly at the camera lady. The lights appear to be still as the aircraft comes in on a straight line, then either disappear or move to the right as they turn towards Runway 1 at Heathrow.

The camera shake proves she has the camera on full zoom, so the lights aren't exactly overhead as stated are they?

It's aircraft lights, pure and simple. Just ask her the direction and you have your answer.

This was not a plane! And we are not talking about "Lights" it was just one light flying low and making no sound at all. Im old enough and wise enough to know it was NOT a plane I was filming!!! lol

Jackie, interesting to read your comments. Last year in the middle of november, both my wife +i saw something similar. Lookin towards Watford from Hemel at about 9pm, saw a bright light which then split into 7 different lights. All moved across the sky in a slow speed. All the lights glowed between white +red.
The objects moved at a lower attitude than aircraft and moved over HH towards the north. Definately were not planes, as 2 the right of the objects a plane could be seen leaving Luton Airport. Quite a few people in the road where i live came out into the street to watch them.

Elton unless you agree with her that it was nothing but aliens you theory is doomed for failure.
Though I must say I had an equally exciting UFO experience this afternoon. I noticed in the sky to the west a red orb floating towards north Watford. Every now and then a flame like light appeared underneath. As it got closer I could see some 'beings' in what looked like some kind of basket. Now it made no noise and I observed it for about ten mins.
Now this craft clearly wasn't of this earth. I wish I had a camera like Ms Noise. I tried to get some photos but in the excitment I forgot and I wet myself. I should think the Watford Observer will be taking my photo and running my story as front page news. Forget Roswell people. Watford is the ET centre of the universe !!

Well I suppose in Jackies defence

It is UNIDENTIFIED
It is FLYING
and is probably an OBJECT

Its also extremly likely to be something very mundane

The footage is also rather too woeful for the paper to be getting excited over

Hold the front page !
Wow it's all happening in north Watford now. You won't believe what I've just seen in my local park. Two in one day, I must have had some kind of awakening !
It was an orange triangle shape. It was sending down a very thin beam which seemed to be connected to a small boy. He was holding his arms up clearly trying to prevent an abduction. The 'craft' was by now performing wild aerobatic stunts not possible by any man made aircraft. I've called the Watford Observer. But all their reporters were busy near Heathrow where reports are coming in of multiple UFO landings.

This video was posted on youtube the day after i filmed it.
Benson13 wow! That sounds amazing!
If it was a plane going over us...we WOULD of heard it, and also seen the landing lights! And as for the point of others witnessing this light....maybe they are too afraid to come forward...because of people like Andy for example....and he is still banging on about it! Some really jealous people in this town...shame. As for my footage being "woeful" that's not what the experts who are kindly analysing my video are saying.

No doubt the 'experts' are p***ing themselfs laughing about such a ridiculous video. Don't get me wrong I have studied this subject and seen many many UFO videos. This however ranks as one of the worst. Terrible quality, obviously easily explained. The reason no one else has come forward is because their not stupid or desperate for five mins of fame. You should have gone on big brother. I mean it appeared over three night ffs ! It would have gone national if it was anything worth reporting. Ms Noise I'm afraid should lay off the Maui wowi lmao.
You are fast becoming a laughing stock Jackie. Face it. It's a rubbish video of and airplane. Lanten ( as was the one mentioned in Hemel) or a long shot the ISS.
Nothing will convince UFO nutters it's not aliens !

Hi Jackie. Please read TRT's post. Unlike a traditional camera in which the light interacts directly with the film, the digital picture is an entirely electronic construction produced by the camera's built-in processor. While it delivers extremely good "domestic" pictures within its range, their sharpness and rich colours are due largely to enhancements made by special programs within the processor. In other words it produces "processed pictures", unlike the traditional film camera.
The image has to be digitized and converted to data, which can make it struggle when the input (light levels) are very low. This is what causes flecks of colour in the resultant image.
Try this test. Go out on a dark night and make a hand-held movie of a bright star. Failing that, a single white Christmas fairy light from a couple of hundred feet. Then examine the image and see if you get the same type of colour effect.
I hope you managed to see the ISS at the time/dates I gave in a previous post. It was very clear over Watford at the 5 July 10:15 pm pass.
The will be one pass this evening at 9:58 pm from the west to the south-east about halfway between the horizon and overhead. Please watch for it.
The ISS will be going "out of season" for evening UK viewing from now until the end of August. At the beginning of September there will be some spectacular overhead and very bright passes.
Please watch for them.
As you said:
"It is really beautiful and vivid."
That's why I watch them.

Not sure why some of the comments degenerated into a personal attack against Jackie Noise. I'm skeptical about this footage because it is too poor a quality and doesnt really show anything but I can quite well understand that Jackie is earnest in her belief as to what she thinks she saw was not ordinary. But as we werent there all we have to go on is the footage and i'm sorry but there is no expert in the world that could look at that and say it was some sort of UFO from ut of space, it could be one of 101 man made things even before we get to ET's! I do agree, sorry Jackie, that this is nothing for the WO to get excited about.

Hi Jackie, Just want to say I have been seeing UFO's over watford for 7 years now. there are many types of lights/craft and I once actually witnessed a fly over of 3 craft really low down in the sky. They were saucer shaped and emmited no noise. I have witnessed many lights like the one you have seen. I have formed a group called UFO academy based in watford. It allows people to come together and share experiences. The meetings usually involve a couple of speakers so we do charge a fee each time to cover our costs but this also ensures only people with a genuine interest attend and weeds out the trouble makers. You will always find people like Andy puonce on a subject like this and ridicule it. they exist all over the internet. Best thing is to not react. I guess he is entitled to an opinion but dont feed the negative energy by responding. If you want to come along and share what you've seen I will be having a conference on 4th September. Our website is under construction at www.ufoacademy.com . We will be posting the details on there in the coming weeks so please keep checking back

regards Catrine
