A team of eleven runners from a Northwood medical centre completed this year's British 10k London Run on Sunday.
Overcast skies and light showers provided the perfect start to the tenth annual run, spanning just over six miles of London.
This year 25,000 runners set off from Hyde Park Corner, just before the weather turned and beamed temperatures peaking 28 degrees.
The team of eleven runners from Paul Strickland Scanner Centre have raised more than £1,000 in sponsorship for the MRI Scanner Appeal.
Rina Rawal, fundraising manager, said “Our team were fabulous and we can’t thank them enough for their hard work, well done everyone.”
Paul Strickland Scanner Centre is an independent medical charity based at Mount Vernon Hospital, Northwood.
