One person was taken to hospital last night when a fence and a row of trees went up in flames.
Firefighters were called to an address in Fairfolds, Garston, shortly after 7pm, where a barbeque had blown out of control.
The flames were quickly brought under control and nobody was seriously hurt. One person, however, was taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation and another was given first aid at the scene.
